"Outstanding Support and Service"
Not long ago, we purchased 11 trees, and I gotta say, the service was top-notch. Clyde was super helpful, offering us plenty of solid advice and guiding us around the site to pick the perfect trees. He even came out to assist with planting tips and pruning techniques, and we’ve picked up a ton of knowledge. We’re excited to work with Barcham Trees again and would definitely suggest them to others.

"I was promised the tree I ordered..."
I was promised the tree I ordered would arrive by Christmas. Now I’m being told it won’t show up until January. That feels like a bait and switch, and it’s gonna make me think twice about shopping with Barcham again.

"Fantastic Customer Support"
Fantastic customer support. I had a chat with Jules over the phone, and they were super helpful when my client switched up their tree selection at the last moment. Jo, the cheerful truck driver, made sure the trees arrived right on schedule. The trees were in great shape when they got here. Definitely recommend!

"My Order Was Ignored"
This company completely missed my order after it was processed, so they didn’t schedule a delivery. I only discovered this when I reached out to see if they were going to deliver as I had asked, since I hadn’t received any updates. They gave me a date for later in the month, and once again, I had to follow up to get confirmation as there’s no customer support after you’ve paid. The tree finally showed up and it’s just right, but the customer service? Not so much.

"Supportive and Informed"
Super helpful over the phone when we needed to discuss stuff. The videos of the trees were awesome, but we opted for a smaller one, and they really paid attention to what we wanted. The tree arrived in perfect condition, and they made a great choice.
